1.  What does the Print Group do?

We offer consultation, create files if you need them, and provide printed products.  We also offer our experience to help answer any questions regarding paper choices, the printing process, finishing, binding, wide-format and digital production–all matters regarding print.  We are the “problem-filter” between you and the printer.  Our aim is to smooth out the bumpy road from concept to delivery.  In addition, we locate the best printers and negotiate the best prices.

2.  Do I need the Print Group?

We think yes. We use our collective buying power to negotiate volume based discounted pricing. Plus our volume earns us VIP service. In turn we pass these benefits along to you even if you need only a few print jobs each year. But the answer could be maybe not… since we act as a print broker.  Some clients may prefer to deal directly with the printer; however, we can help even experienced print buyers.  It only takes a phone call to find out.

3.  Are your prices competitive?

Yes–better than that; we know that most people who say their prices are competitive are just as high as everyone else.  We always strive to offer better than competitive pricing.

4.  Do you offer design services?

Yes.  Our designer will even come to you.

5.  Do you offer websites?

Yes.

6.  Can you create a comprehensive marketing plan for our business?

No.  We focus on simple, effective marketing and sales tools.  Big agencies will be glad to provide the services of educated marketing people who can create comprehensive marketing plans.  In fact, I am happy to refer clients in need of such services to agencies I trust.  I am ready to produce those plans at the best cost after such plans are created.
